How Does One Change Out The CamShaft Seal ?

Being a GCV190 you need to remove the rocker cover that way the camshaft shaft can slide out so you can replace the o-ring on it. The rocker cover is remove by shearing it off as it is glued on with RTV after removing the screws. Just do this TDC compression so the rockers are loose.
