Honda Engine on a power washer just quit

Was using a two year old Simpson Power washer with a honda GCV190 engine and it just quit. No hesitation or warning and it just quit. It happened so fast that I thought that maybe my wand hose had accidentally bumped the off switch. I tried to restart it and nothing, no coughing, nothing. Checked and I have spark, and new fresh fuel with conditioner in it. Any ideas what could be the problem?

When you crank the engine does it seem like it has the same resistance as before, or is it easier to crank. Also you may want to remove the carb bowl, or remove the carb drain plug to check for water in the fuel.

Its seems a lot easier as if no resistance.
Will check the bowl.

ILENGINE

The GC and GCV engines have occasional issue with sticking the intake valve open. Can be either be caused from stale fuel sticking to the valve stem, or improperly machines intake valve seat leading to the valve sticking open.
