Honda EM650 Fuel Line

I took apart my EM650 to clean the carb and cannot for the life of me find out where a fuel line off the Petcock goes. I left it unplugged and it just spews fuel out of it.....thoughts on where this could go to? (Green Hose #26)

To me it appears the green fuel line connects to the port(?) just above where line 20 connects to whatever part #1 is. Or are you referring to the other end of the green line?

Kinda thought so but had to ask. Looking at the diagram it doesn't appear to attach to anything - at least not in that view. Do you have a link to that exploded diagram? Other drawings in the carb series might show what it's attached to.
