honda drive pulley how to remove???

Honda Parts Block: GEAR BOX (HE/HLE) - Honda Lawntractor: HF2216

hi I need to remove the main front drive pulley on my Honda ride on mower. I've removed the bolt but nothing has moved has any one got any ideas I've listed a photo below .

As that is a UK/European model, I don't have any tech info for it. Have you tried checking with your local Honda shop?
