I tested my charging coil prior to assembly of engine. According to my shop manual the test should fall in between .16 - 0.24 ohms. This is a 7.5 to 10 amp dual lamp/charging coil on a Honda GX-360 twin cylinder My test results came to 3 ohms. Does this mean that the lamp coil is entirely bad and will not have any output? Or just not to the 7.5 to 10 amp range? Thanks Ronn
