Starts fine, runs when choked and 1/2 choked. Engine "lopes" at full open and full throttle.
Replaced fuel tank and lines a couple years ago. Small plug is original. Machine at least 10 yrs old, maybe
older. (!) Likely problem? Clogged fuel filter? Other issues? Your diagnosis please?

PS: checked spark arrester/air filter. Both are clean. Fuel filter was changed a couple years ago along with a new fuel tank. Carburetor?
