I went to Oder Gaskets for a carb, but when I looked it up, it said there is also a high-vent version. Can anyone tell me if I have a high-vent version?

The EPA sticker is of no use in iding the engine. And carb number doesn't help either as that the base carb Briggs orders and then modify.

But the air cleaner side gasket should help some in iding the kit.

Once we have the real engine numbers then looking and helping with parts is possible.
