currently i have ? mowers , some work and some I am fixing.... my oldest and most reliable is a Amcraft 30 inch w/ Briggs 7 hp .... I have owned it for over 30 years (it may be over 50 years old! , everyone I asked about it has never heard of "Amcraft" ! ) , and so far I am still amazed that it works at all. I put new belts on it a year ago. it has variable speed drive and reverse, electric start, which I used this year for the first time owing to having had surgery a few months ago. I also have a cub cadet 42 inch 18hp , a couple snappers self propelled , as well as a lawnboy or two. and etc. I just overhauled a 12hp briggs for a craftsman 36 and would like a wiring diagram for it ..sears does not have it on their site. it runs good so maybe I will never have a wiring problem.
I am a very active 84 yrs old , married to my sweetie for 64 yrs, and only 4 kids (so far!) with a boatload of gran an great grans ...(over 35 so far!!!):wink:
