I purchased a Snapper Pro 32 hp mower knowing it had wiring issues but not to this extent. When looking closer, the "safety" switches were missing with the plugs cut off and wires all over the place. I contacted several dealers which informed me the wiring harness had been discontinued. The most helpful parts guy said the best fix would be to bypass the safety switches all together along with the "time delay module". He sent me a parts pdf with the wiring schematics but I'm not sure what to solder and where. Can someone help me with what needs to be cut and soldered?
I will attach the pdf. The wiring specific pages are:

Unless you have experience with electrical circuits and components, I would not attempt to do what you are asking. I can tell by your post that you don’t understand how these different circuits work and if you connect the wrong wires together you can easily cause hundreds of dollars damage. Most of the service techs on this site would advice against doing it, plus the time to go through all the steps would be more than we could do here. This is not a simple task and I’ll bet it would take an experienced tech two to three hours to do it. If you brought it into a shop with this request, you’ll probably here an estimate of around $200 or more.
