It has a B and G 14hp OHV IC motor.

Its needs some love. It starts, but can you gents give me some info about this snapper? Is it worth dropping a couple hundred in parts to make it like new? The pull chord isn't attached, but starts with the key. I'm looking at buying a new oil filter, air filter, and spark plug. The rubber underneath the seat are rotted. I'll buy new rubber bumpers.

Should I replace any other fluids? Trans fluid etc.

Guys, thx u sooo much in advance.

All right, I found the owners manual on line and it lists EVERYTHING i need to do to get this bad boy up to speed. However, I would love if a few of you knowledgeable gents could weigh in on whether it's worth putting money into this machine? Is this Snapper model one of the more sought after moddels? Is it worth the investment? It needs a new battery, gas cap (the vent screw is broken and cracked), muffler (it's beat up and looks very rusty), rubber seat springs (The rubber underneath the seats that keep it from bouncing) and a battery cover. Also, the pull chord start is broken. It can only be started through the ignition.

I picked up the machine from my neighborhood sale for $300. Is it worth the investment?

What say you gents? The dealer in my area offered me a Snapper Re130 for $1399.

Guys, I can't thank you enough in advance for you opinion.
