Help replacing Murray select drive belt please

Good afternoon!

Are there any videos on how to replace the drive belt on a Murray select? I have the belt off of the rear - however I can’t remove it from the clutch...I don’t know how to loose. The steering rod to pull it up a little ( if that’s even how to remove it ) just guessing.
