Troy Bilt versatiller starting issue.
Pull cord pulls free and without much resistance. There is a clicking noise from somewhere within the motor when trying to start with the pull cord. There IS spark when I engage the pull cord, but it seems like there is not enough resistance when I pull. I don’t feel any sort of compression resistance when I pull. It only makes a clicking/ticking noise. I’m not too well versed in small engine mechanics, but it almost seems to me like it could be a broken crankshaft. I’m probably wrong about that, though. Any advice on where I should start in order to diagnose, would be appreciated! Thank you!

Here’s a video I took that shows the issue https://youtube.com/shorts/JzWooBm93vU?feature=share
