I hope it's OK to ask this, as it's a lawn care forum, but didn't know where to go to find this info. This was a freebie. Briggs and Stratton power washer. I'm going through the whole thing. Trying to find out the specs of the engine; bore, stroke, horse power, etc. Seems like all the rebuild kits for the engine are based on what horsepower it is. I measured the piston, apprx 2.5". Also would like to know if there's a rebuild kit id available for the pump. TIA.

Once you have all the part numbers you need you can go to your local repair shop or online to purchase them. Post back if you have more questions.

As for the pump being a vertical mounted pump you are better off just replacing it.
