I have a briggs 24 hp twin engne. I am cleaning the carb and when I took off the plastic float mechanism, a small jet fell out before I could see its location and orientation, In looking online at the diagrams, I still cannot figure it out. It fits in several differene spots. Does anyone know where it goes? Your expedited reply is appreciated.
Down the center hole in your second picture with the o ring facing down so it sits into the recess in the bottom.. Then the emulsion tube on the main carb body holds it in place.
