Help - Loose wheel/axel. Wheel doesn't lock, comes loose when turning mower

I think the video will explain it more, but here it is in text form:

When cutting the grass and turning 90 degrees, one side loosens up. It doesn't lock/tighten like it used to. idk what may have caused it, just happened from 1 day to the next. I looked around for some sort of bolt to tighten, but do not see anything obvious. the good/locking side, looks just like the loose side.

Get us the model number from the mower so we can see exactly which configuration that your have. Some have a snap ring, e clip that holds that area tight, some are permanently mounted together and you have to replace the axle as a unit.

Ok so looking this over I think you will need:
#38 quantity 2 Parts #: 191730 Or just tighten if they have not disappeared. They are lock nuts so lets hope you still have them
#17 quantity 1 Part #: 421836
#12 quantity 1 Part #: 12000058

Please disassemble and check all the parts I mentioned before ordering.
