I am trying to learn of anyone with experience (or anyone interested in this topic) in using an Automotive Twin Post Lift for my riding mower? My riding Mower is a Kubota T1770 (older model with the Kohler Engine), with a 44" three blade deck.

The lift I have recently installed in my shop is a Challenger (U.S. Made in Kentucky) Model 39000 Versymetric (you tell me what that word means?)Two Post surface mounted to the cement floor. It meets all the American National Standards for Automotive Lifts Safety Requirements for Operation, Inspection and Maintenance. The capacity specification is 9000 US Pounds (2250 Ponds per arm)
It has four heavy duty adjustable swing arms with rubber pads on them. The pads on the adjustable swing-arms are are designed to be able to fit under the frame of an automotive vehicle.

Fitting a riding mower safely on this lift is a challenge. because there are no frame lift points on the mower exposed, with the deck in place, the only safe option is to build some kind of adapter out of heave metal to allow the mower wheels to fit into, that can attach securely to the ends of the swing arms.

I have gone online and found there are a few firms that market such adapters for riding mowers, however before I decide to purchase one, I am hoping to find someone in the forum that might have bought or made such adapters?

Appreciate greatly all thoughts and replies.

Respectfully, jamesemu
