Hello. I have a craftmans II riding from about 1990. I just repaired the carb but the mower won't stay running. As shown in the attached picture, when I push the throttle/choke lever up and down only one rod connected to the carb moves. Is this correct? I believe it's not but I'm not sure how to correct it.

The lever I see moving in the video should be attached to the choke. The other rod should be attached to the throttle butterfly.
