Help Identifying Broken Part in B&S Intek 19hp

Changed oil to find metal pieces, and after opening up motor and recovering more pieces still can't identify where these pieces came from....
Any help appreciated...

That is your automatic compression release valve from the camshaft. very common issue on the intek engines.
That little round pin bumps the, intake, if i remember right, on this engine, bumps the intake valve open during starting, then when the engine fires, centrifugal force slings the weight away and the pin moves away from the cam lobe allowing normal operation.
