Nice! Not sure on the model but new they are about 2500$ lol and I rarely seen and in significantly worse condition those go for well over 1500. The tines need replaced and probably a basic tune up and it will be used for a long time. Or sold for at least 1500$

I purchased it from a landscaper that went out of business and is pretty much giving his equipment away. I plan on using it not selling.

Then you should get new times (they will last a long time) do the tune up and anything that looks worn should replace. If you got it for 40 its worth investing in some new parts

Yeah I don't mind putting a couple hundred or so into it since i bought for practicality nothing. Im not sure how old it is and I've looked online for a couple hours and haven't found one exactly like it. Don't feel like calling the previous owner and bothering him to ask questions. There's a Ryan dealer not far from me so i could get info about it from them i guess. Thought someone on this forum might know how old this thing is.

10w30 is usually a safe guess
