Honda hrr vxa won't start it start with starting fluid and it's die just put a new carb. new spark plug

The entire fuel system must be clean. Did you clean-out the tank and line?

Double check all gaskets, spacers, insulator, air guide, etc. If you get one on wrong or flipped around, it will never start. Confirm the choke is working properly.
