Hi guys, I have decided to start repairing mowers and reselling them. I am surprised how many problems I have got into that have stumped me. I have assumed that the major problems with these old mowers were carb/ bad gas, etc. But I have found some issues that have me pulling out my hair, so I thought I would join and pick your brains. For me being in the business for the past 27 years it has come down to more issues with the mower side of the equation and not the engine. Years past I saw a lot more issues with the engine side but the past 5 years or so most of my repair work is on the equipment side.

Post away with the things that are stumping you. Maybe us old timers can learn a few thing along the way.
