Just wanted to say hello to everyone on this forum. Look forward to reading about John Deere lawn mowers/ tractors. I purchased a used LX280 with 37.6 hours on the clock for $1800.00. I also got a 10P utility cart with the deal. I have cut the grass one time with it and love it. It replaced my LT155. I gave it a tune up kit and replaced the hydro oil. So far nothing to complain about. It does need a front bumper and two wheel caps... there also is some nice scrapes on the rear fender.
