Have an older WH 800 unit w B&S 190434 engine

My question(s); The breather tube from engine to carb "throat" is kinked....is this a "real" problem...or is the breather
NOT really a game changer ?

Would like to know if there is an accurate drawing or photo that displays the linkage setup for the carb that
also show the throttle cable and where it attaches ?

Absolutely a problem, kinked breather hose, replace. Post model xxxxxx, type xxxx, trim xx from engine, thanks.
