I have a Simplicity 707. Do i have to remove pulleys to replace the
drive belts?

Please start over, as we (at least me) have no idea as to what you are talking about. What are the model and serial numbers of you unit? What do you mean by pulls? Deck drive belt? Mower drive belt? Do you have an owners manual for the unit? How mechanically inclined are you? Remember I'm not there to hold your hand, so paint me a better picture of what you are talking about, so I know what I'm talking about.
