harmonyII hhr216 2 sda will not pull

mower was purchased for church parsonage, engine cranks and runs well but quit pulling, drive belt is intact. i am a somewhat mechanically inclined and believe if i can read and comprehend then i can repair anything.
i don't want to remove what i don't need to, i would rather repair things right and not twice
any help would be welcomed

By "pulling" do you mean self propel? If so, check belt and the cable that goes from the "go" handle to the transmission. these are typically hidden by panels on a Honda.

Since the belt looks okay, the drive clutch lever would be the next thing to check. See the attached image for the procedure.
