New to forum. I am struggling with a hard to start Briggs and Stratton engine on a Troy Bilt mower. I have replaced the flywheel key, (it had shifted) replaced carburetor, spark plug, air filter and fuel line. Have changed the oil and cleaned the fuel tank. If I do get it started it runs great. Just so hard to get started. Any help is appreciated

Define hard to start, is the engine turning over slowly, or does it crank and crank and crank then starts?
also post the engine model #, it should be stamped on the valve cover.

Engine model and code will help. Might have an automatic choke that's not working. Kind of an oddball setup too.
