Handle adjustment on Gravely self propelled walk behind lawn mower model number 911174 Serial number 022930 , when attempting to adjust the position by pushing forward the safety handle the ends of the handle both sides a spring, plastic cylinder and chrome end plug fell out of the handle leaving the unit handle bar unable to lock in any one position. Can anyone help advise us with the solution.
