What do I lubricate &/or look at to repair? Thanks!

First try lubing at the front axle grease zerks at each of the front spindles.

I encountered this on a RX75 once, the wheel bearings were worn slap out.

It's 2025 now. Can we please get color photos of parts diagrams? Too much to beg for?

This Crayola stuff is nuts.

Most of the time for tight steering, it's been in the axels. I pull them out, clean and lube them, replace any axel and wheel bushings\bearings. The steering column bushings usually cause steering wheel wobble. If I replace those, I clean the shaft and lightly lube it. Keep tire pressure correct. Lastly, would be the steering quadrant. Remove, clean and grease.

Thanks … that is really helpful. Pardon my ignorance, but what type of grease do you use. I‘ve already greased via the zerks.

By the way, when I put a newly sharpened blade on yesterday I thought that shaft could also use some grease … it was turning with slight resistance … can I leave it in place & grease just above the blade?

I use good-ole axel grease. These are not high speed parts. If the blade\spindle shaft is not turning freely or smoothly, the spindle bearings can be replaced without removing the spindle. Much less costly and most time the spindle bolts break meaning you have to replace the whole assembly. These bearings are either dirt or totally shielded and should be replaced. Sell for under $5 each on Amazon and there are 2 in each spindle. Not a hard job.

Blade brake could be that resistance
