GVC200 ENGINE on the HRX series?

Can someone tell me when Honda first started to use the new GVC200 engine, instead of the GVC190, in their HRX series lawnmower? Someone told me it was at the beginning of this year(2019).
The mower I am looking at is the HRX2176VKA which I believe is the same as HRX217VKA. Thanks:confused2:

This year (2019) is definitely the first time the GVC200 engine has appeared in the HRX mower line. AFAIK, the (6) in the model number you referenced indicates version upgrades that happen yearly, so this unit would be the sixth generation of the HRX217VKA.

Did your local HD have the GVC190 or the GVC200 in December of 2018?
