When turning or going up a hill, front tires toe out severely. Have replaced both linkage arms, the swivel joints, the plastic bushings, the tires are new, put (4) new bearings in the tires, the cast iron main axle is not broken. I adjusted the arms to get the right alignment and after all this, it still toes out. I pulled both of the Axle Assembly arms that the tires slide onto and placed them in the same axle spindle-- rotated them through 180 degrees and measured clearances to the floor and they were identical so they appear to not be bent (if they are bent from damage, they are both bent exactly the same which would be near impossible). So every component is new.
Is the front axle pivoting top to bottom in the frame mount. the axle will wear in the area allowing the axle to tilt which will also contribute to the issue. And in some cases the frame will also flex around the area of the motor will can also be a factor.
