Yes, even us old seasoned tinkerers can get stumped sometimes....

I am involved in a few online forums of different topics and this one looks promising because of the number of members.

Please check out my thread "Ryobi strange fastener" in Small Engine & Mower Repair. Hopefully someone has encountered this and hopefully I will be able to contribute to solving someone else's problem in the future.
