Thank you for the reply, is there any reason you say Gas mower better than Battery ? I was thinking battery operated will be hassle free of storing gas and oil at my grarage

I received as a fathers day gift the Greenworks 40V Lithium dual blade 19" 25302 yesterday. I trim 1.5 acres and yesterday was able to trim it all without a recharge. I used the grass catch bag instead of the mulching option which of course added weight and likely quicker battery discharge. Normally I would use the mulching option (included) for this trimming.
The beauty is that it has two batteries and discharges one and then switches to the other. If needed you can charge the discharged one while you continue to mow. It takes something less than an hour to charge the battery. I wanted to fully discharge both batteries for the first time so I mowed extra. Setting the cutting height is a snap using ione handle. i would recommend Lithium power and the dual battery. So far so good. It retails at Lowes at around $329.

Greenworks 40V Lithium dual blade 19" 25302 mower is around $400.00 not near $300 that's why I just ordered GreenWorks 25322 G-MAX 40V Cordless 16" Mower-40V 4 AH Li-Ion Battery Inc for $290 as I have a smaller yard. hope this will keep up well for me.

Very nice I would think mulching would make the engine work harder because not only does have to cut the grass but then process it and push it down. While bagging is just cutting. Unless its self propeled then ignor what I said
