Green Works Electric mower

My Green Works electric mower (2 yrs old) suddenly stopped running after mowing about 5 minutes one day. It's not the extension cord and I've read about pulling or tightening the wire from the ignition to the safety bar and that did nothing.
I really don't want to buy another mower so soon! Help!?!

I really don't know much about them my post will put you back to top.
Check and see if the cord has an inline fuse, I've seen one right at the plug.
