As a retired instructor I have to ask, is this a test? I could probably spend time looking up a D110 unit and guess which year yours was built and what type of transmission is in it. But I’m not going to do that, as all you have to do is provide us with the model and serial number of your unit. I’ll provide a guess, either hydro fluid or gear lub coming from a bad axle seal.

I worked on a Ex Mark Zero Turn a few years ago for a carb repair and the owner is a good friend of mine..... He helped out with the repair and when I was cutting my neighbors yard for a test run, Louis said hey come here there is FLUID coming out at the ***** end of it.....
Sho nuff the hydro fitting to the wheel drive had issues...... It rusted and got weak.....
So we got a new fitting and a tedious 2 hours later we had it going again......
So is it Hydro fluid or just thin grease leaking on yours ?????
It just goes to show that my story can happen to anybody..... What if the guy wasn't a friend and helped out ??? What if I got blamed by a customer that never dealt with me before ????
***** happens all the time and it's not the HONEST mechanics fault.....
So is it Hydro fluid or just thin grease leaking on yours ?????
