Gravely zt xl vs Hustler SD

Also looking at a 48" Hustler Raptor SD and a 44" Gravely HD model. Have not demo. neither.
Spec wise: Gravely has a heavier transmission Hydro gear ZT3100 vs Hustler ZT2800
Hustler has a 23 hp Kawasaki FR691V motor, Gravely has a 21.5 Kaw. FR651V motor.
Decks: Gravely 10 ga. Hustler 11 ga.
Deck is hung differently in each model
Spindles Hustler Alum., Gravely Cast iron
Drive tire 20 x 10 Gravely, 20 x 8 Hustler
Warranty: Hustler 3 yrs. or 300 hrs, Gravely 3 yrs.

Biggest difference is weight: Hustler 628#, Gravely 800#

I believe the Gravely HD 44 is about $4700 til the end of November. Do not have a price on the Hustler yet.

Any useful comments would be appreciated.

Gravely HD is solid. The 44" deck for $4700 is a fair price (if new). They also make a 48" deck if that's what you're looking for. In my research last year, most everybody on forums, reviews, etc. had good things to say about the ZT HD series. I don't know anything about Hustlers (no local dealer).
 
Could anyone tell me the difference between how the deck is hung on the gravely zt xl vs hustler raptor sd? Also the benefits of cast iron spindle vs aluminum
