My gravely zt 2048 with 20 hp briggs. Bogs on grass. What could be my problem. The grass don't have to be high either for this to happen

Sounds like it's not getting enough fuel if you bog out when you start hitting the grass. When you start to bog give it some choke, is it better?

Yes at full throttle. Haven't tied giving it some choke yet. It's been raining down in central texas so haven't cut any yards
