New to forum and ZTR world

1-1/2 acres of yard + 3-4 acres of fence line pasture grass (not sure of grass type). 1/2 acre pond to cut around (pretty good slope) along with a a dozen or so trees. Fence line, pond and tree area are on the bumpy side.
Budget - $8000 - No I don't want to pay for a TCII or 260 model. Dealer said both these models would do the trick (maybe?)
Deck size - 60"-61"

Gravely - Kaw FX730, ZT3400, suspension seat, X-Factor II deck - $7800
Scag - Same as Gravely with Hero deck - $6900

Both very comparable with seat, engine and transmission.....so what is the game changer? Deck (which is more robust). Frame (believe the 160 wins our here), Price (Scag). Brand recognition/maintenance?

Same dealer sells both the Scag and the Gravely. He said the Gravely was more bang for the buck (said the frame/deck was more heavy duty).

Open to all inputs, just wanting to get the right ZTR for the job.
