IMO, the price is about $500 too high...keep in mind its probably a mid-70s tractor, that is (for the most part) no longer supported.
Its a newer rotary plow, but the plow points are installed upside down (FYI) and look fairly worn.
The 30-inch mower may or may not be a finish mower (no picture, so we don't know)...some only had a light deck and light blade(s) (some used crossed "grass" blades). The true "brush hog" has a single 30" blade that's nearly 3/8" thick. They are not without issues...the decks crack from use and skids are often hard to find.
Depends on how badly you want one, and how much you want to devote to one...
