I have the chance to by a 2003 721d with 520 hours on it. This machine looks like new and he wants $5400 for it. I believe this is a great deal but am I missing something?

What is broken?[/ Nothing is broke. A farmer owns it and took great care of it. It has the kubota diesel and a 61 inch deck. I inspected everything and it all looks as close to new as it could be.

I would offer $4900 and go from there. Buy it before some one else does.

I tried, he will only take 5400. I think I will go get it this weekend. Its in mint condition, but is there anything i should look at before i pull the trigger?

Drive it. Mow with it. Have him show you all the ins and outs of it. If he does not want to show you something that is what you want to look at.
