I have an older hustler 1500 shortcut the one you ride like setting on a motorcycle, it has the 23 kawasaki on it the heads an valves have been replaced and still having trouble starting it, if you choke it an turn it over4-5 times it wil fire a puff out the exhaust but as soon as you takew the choke off an raise the throttle above a very low idle it will not start an sometimes it wont start this way either. where should i start?
