Yes because you have air in the system now. If you have a spin on fuel filter I would fill it with diesel fuel & spin on. If you have a primer pump in system pump until full, have a friend try starting tractor with key while you're cracking loose injector lines & bleeding air from system. Be sure to fill tank.
