Getting ready to restore Bluebird Dethatcher / Power Rake

Have a BLUEBIRD power rake / Dethatcher I bought off someone for $30. All the parts are there but the flails are worn out and it needs paint. The 8hp Briggs engine runs great. Never had one of these apart. Thought I would pull the motor first, then the handle, then figure out how the flails come apart. Taking lots of photos as I go. Any words to the wise from any of you who have replaced flails on one of these power rakes?

The photo is from one online close to it in age and style, mine is in the shed right now and I could not get a photo yet of it.
