Gasoline leak

I brought my Raptor home and filled it and found a gasoline leak and called the dealer. He came and picked it up and three days later called and said there is nothing wrong, you cannot fill the filler neck but Hustler had not notified him. Has anyone else had this problem?

If you fill the filler neck on the gas tank it leaks out.

On most any ZTR it is not recommended to fill the gas tank above where the bottom of the filler neck starts(my Gravely manual states that and there is info on the tank itself). Leaking by "filling to the brim" should be expected(and avoided).
