Gasoline Craftsman push mower still won't start.

I put in new ethanol-free gas, new air filter, new spark plug and my lawn mower almost starts but does not catch and grass is mighty long, any ideas? Other than that, I don't have a truck, can anyone recommend a good repair shop/person who comes to your home? Vancouver, WA.

valves need to be checked & possibly adjusted, look in yellow pages for lawn mower repair shops.
