This may not be in the right forum, if it is sorry. My problem is I don't think u can buy a decent can anymore. I've bought a few and looked at more than I cared to. Been to the chain stores, asked a few professionals, an checked out the mom an pop stores that are still around. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated. matt

I've noticed the same thing. I've actually been looking for old, metal cans on eBay. Give that a try.

Pours out good just need a big funnel and it's not bad at all. Much better than those new safety spout crappy plastic cans. I've got gas cans that are at least 30 years old and I wouldn't trade my oldest worst shape metal can for a dozen plastic cans.

How "difficult" is that can to get gas out of?????? I actually HATE the newer EPA "safety spouts" and have "disabled" a couple of them just to make it easier to get them to pour gas:0(

If your having trouble with spouts try EZ pour spouts from either TSC or Ace, they work great.

I use the typical Scepter ones. They do the job and the store sells spare nozles and caps, etc.

Try the no spill cans. I love them. Probably the best safety one. Just push the button on the back and your on your way

Still have my old blitz with the switch you hold down love it. I also use two cans with a solid yellow plastic spout with a small lid and a air vent with a small lid. Found those recently at big r
