I have a 50" Gravely ZTR and I want to put a washout port and I was wondering wher would be the best location on the deck to put it?

You may have already installed washout port, if not install on deck opposite side of deck discharge chute.

The wash out ports are basically a waste of time. If you want the locations there should be one on the left and right side of the mower deck just above the ends of the blades. That's where they were located on the Cub Cadet ZTR that I had. The problem with the washout ports is they only clean about half of what needs to be clean so you still end up cleaning the deck by hand.
