Presented with hard starting, rough running, wouldn't throttle up. Smoking.. dumped out and added my 50:1. No change.
Problem: spark screen clogged.
Cleaned screen, and muffler, new spark plug, and tuned carburetor. Running good now.

Explain to the customer about using the proper oil and oil/mix. Since I’ve change my customers over to Optic-2 I’ve had very few comments about a clogged screen

I asked him if he mixed his own or bought premix,he said he mixed his own, I asked "at 50:1?" He goes "oh somewhere around there"... I gave him a 2 stroke oil bottle that has the markings for 50:1 40:1 and so on for a gallon of gas.... we'll see. I'll remember that about Opti.

I should have added that I tell them to only use the pouches, as they require no measuring, use one pouch to one gallon per of gas.

Here I use and sell a Promix that is a multi mix synthetic oil. One container to a gallon of fuel. then it can be use anywhere from 16:1 to 50:1.
