Front Wheel Slack on my 42" cut YTH 18542

Just noticed yesterday when changing oil, oil filter and air filter, my front wheels have horizontal slack. One side more than the other. I've started
studying the situation. First search I did said take your wheel off and add 3/4" washers to the ones already there. The second search said
to install new bushing. I then decided to bring it before the LM board! Attached is a link to my front wheel exploded view with all the parts.
You experienced hands, please advise. platefire

 
Depending how much in and out movement. Some is necessary to spread the grease into the bushings.

Usually there is two 532121749 washers, one inner and one outer. And then there is a harden 532188967 washer which also holds on the dust cap.
