Is there any way to bypass the 3 wires going to the module so it can be started on a cub cadet ltx1040

I believe you are referring to the 3 pole ignition solenoid. You can use a screw driver to bridge between the two large poles on the top, just to get it started, but I do not recommend it. Just replace it:
