Hi all. I am in search of a Chain Break Lever for an '85 vintage Stihl 028 AV Super chainsaw.

It is Stihl Part #: 11181625005 / 1118-162-5005 and I can't seem to find one anywhere.

Good deal, looks like yours took a beating.

Actually, mine was bent (likely from the saw being dropped at some point). I took it off, put it in the vise, and tried to gently straighten it. The lever just snapped in half, like it was made of some sort of cast metal, not steel. It was very strange to me that it snapped like that!
Nonetheless, I found the "NLA" part I needed, probably one of the last two in the country.........
